This low cost, accurate soft returner is made from a 5-ply domestic light wood product with birch veneer faces, not the usual European marine grade birch that I normally use. Less dense though functionally sturdy, it won't break under normal throwing impact. Coated with a weather protectant varnish and painted tips, there is a lot of room left on the boomerang for personalized decorations. Excellent for outdoor parties and little artists, it's a nice super-fun flying toy for young people who want something to toss around and decorate in their own personal way. Unlike sooo many of the cheaper boomerangs found on the market, this less expensive boomerang really does fly and return as a real boomerang should. Handmade and flight tested in the USA.
